Taking a bath in a Finnish sauna is one of the great pleasures of life. Its origin, as may be obvious, arose in Finland. It was a way to take a bath when the water was too cold.<\/p>\n

It was about heating a wooden room with a boiler, which had rocks on it at a very high temperature.<\/p>\n

Then, water and even ice were sprinkled on the stones, so that they evaporated, producing moisture.<\/p>\n

This meant that, people who were inside the wood room, began to sweat and eliminate toxins.<\/p>\n

With the passage of time this type of saunas evolved, becoming electric.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>How to use a Thai Sauna<\/h3>\n

First, it is recommended to light the sauna half an hour before using it, to reach a temperature between 80 and 100\u00baC.<\/p>\n

You can add branches of aromatic trees to release their aroma in the sauna, the most common are eucalyptus, mint, or lavender, among others.<\/p>\n

Once inside the sauna, we will stay a few minutes and then go out and refresh the body with a shower. In this way, we avoid dehydration. This same process has to be repeated about 4 or 5 times.<\/p>\n

Similarly, I’m sure you do not know some curious facts about Finnish saunas. For example, there are ice saunas.<\/p>\n

Ice saunas are built only with blocks of ice, capable of heating a lot.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, there are portable saunas, which you can transport and assemble, wherever you want or we think convenient.<\/p>\n

But also, we find mobile saunas, they differ from the previous ones in that, the mobile saunas are in movement. That is, we have them in wagons, cable cars, telephone booths, etc.<\/p>\n

We can even find cultural saunas, where cultural activities are held, such as poetry readings, music festivals …<\/p>\n
