Taking a bath in a Finnish sauna is one of the great pleasures of life. Its origin, as may be obvious, arose in Finland. It was a way to take a bath when the water was too cold.
It was about heating a wooden room with a boiler, which had rocks on it at a very high temperature.
Then, water and even ice were sprinkled on the stones, so that they evaporated, producing moisture.
This meant that, people who were inside the wood room, began to sweat and eliminate toxins.
With the passage of time this type of saunas evolved, becoming electric.
If you do not know how to use the Finnish sauna, we will do a little review.

First, it is recommended to light the sauna half an hour before using it, to reach a temperature between 80 and 100ºC.
You can add branches of aromatic trees to release their aroma in the sauna, the most common are eucalyptus, mint, or lavender, among others.
Once inside the sauna, we will stay a few minutes and then go out and refresh the body with a shower. In this way, we avoid dehydration. This same process has to be repeated about 4 or 5 times.
